The Outsider Party champions equality, betterment, and non-force in governance. We oppose insider corruption.
We are a reformist movement that respects our ratified founding documents, our history, and the living nature of our system of governance. We acknowledge the success and failure of the past as we reimagine what is needed in the present.
Our Principles
Our tenets guide us in creating a beneficent rule of law.
Equality
Every creature matters, period. Every physical thing matters. Future generations matter. We need to ensure that we uphold equal protection under the rule of law.
Fulfilling any role in our society must be equally esteemed and equitably valued. We need to acknowledge that when we labor to create a prosperous society, the efforts of all who contribute are essential to the outcome of a job well done. There is dignity in fulfilling any role in society that meets a need and betters our lives.
Income disparity and poverty are signs that our society needs to self-reflect on our dedication to the principle of Equality. A society of haves and have-nots has proven not to be safe, life affirming, or stable as evidenced by the crimes against humanity we see in our neighborhoods and the world.
Regarding governance, we need to reimagine our systems to ensure equal representation in government. Every person has the capacity of discernment and the capacity to witness the needs of our People and the outcomes of our attempts to meet our needs as civil servants.
Betterment
We work together to improve life for all beings and the planet. We evolve systems that support life by meeting our basic needs for food, water, shelter, connection, structure, learning, contribution, and so on... systems designed to produce and maintain healthy, zestful bodies and minds.
We follow principles above personalities, principles above profiteering with trust that our focus on betterment will create the environments, opportunities and inspiration to create positive feedback loops to generate a dignified quality of life for all People of our nation.
We must start at the foundation. Building a solid foundation by meeting our basic needs superbly well will achieve great strides in eradicating traumas that perpetuate lower emotional states of fear, anger, and hate, elevating our potential to direct our healthy brains, hearts, and life force towards our pursuits. Clarity of mind, conscience of the heart, joy of the body is the blueprint of our human Nature, our gift at birth. When we come together to provide the necessary societal conditions for us all to thrive, we can trust that we will have what we need, even when disaster strikes or when we age. We can give the gift of security to each other.
We value gaining consent. We must communicate openly, hear all viewpoints, deeply understand the problems we face, and predict the impact of any potential solution we propose. Careful listening, soliciting feedback, and embracing criticism creates the grounds for constructive conversations that can find the novel solutions that are win-win.
When we propose a solution, we must engage the hearts and minds of our co-citizens for buy-in, for voluntary participation in whatever strategy we'd like to try. Furthermore, we need to be honest about the outcome of our efforts and be willing to toss out what doesn't work and try again.
Through voluntary, collaborative, iterative effort, we can spiral up to higher heights, achieving governance that we support.
The principle of Non-Force provides a clear contrast to the status quo. Imagine: No physical force; No taxation without consent or delivery of services. No theft. No killing. No overreaching military. By committing to the principle of Non-Force, we can find creative solutions to provide for security while respecting autonomy and freedom, for real.

Prioritization
Addressing corruption and returning to principles must happen first. Other domestic issues, while still critically important, need to temporarily have a lower priority. If the DC "cartel mindset" remains, partisan in-fighting over domestic issues will persist, divide us, and distract us. We will fail to steer the ship. We will continue on the same trajectory towards tyranny. The cartel mindset of oil, military industry, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc... will continue to conduct business with their cartel tactics of violence, self-interest, greed, and criminality.
Proposed 3-Point Platform
Military Withdrawal: Withdraw the military back to the 50 states. In the recent unprovoked and unconstitutional war of aggression by DC on the so-called "middle power" Iran, the US Military could not even defend the few Persian Gulf State "allies." What makes us think DC could defend our 50 states from attack? Drawdown completely from the world. Redirect funds and focus on domestic principles, domestic priorities, and domestic defense of the homeland.
Reimagine Voting: End pay-to-play politics. Publicly fund elections with equal resources going to all candidates and the creation of a web platform and other distribution channels for equal publicity and education. Create a new election cycle structure that is fair, is shorter and causes less disruption, less emotional tension, and fewer losses in productivity. Switch from district-based representative voting to Party-line Proportional Voting so everyone's vote counts. Foreign nations, corporations, and the elites are currently choosing candidates and buying elections. Implement a system that ensures equal access and publicity to anyone who would like to serve. Provide actual protection and representation for minority voters via a party-line system.
Corruption Crackdown: Hold public servants accountable to their job descriptions. Public servants are hired to observe data and make a good faith effort to represent The People through critical thinking leading to informed decisions that are partial to The People, not the Republican and Democrat parties. To obtain good data and check for coercion, the process needs to be transparent. We need a new public web-based lobbying platform. All lobbyist communications are public. To attempt to ensure impartiality, end all kickbacks and benefits that are tantamount to selling their vote. End ways for politicians to enrich themselves through insider trading. And finally, end big bills with trojan horses and earmarks. Single line-item voting. Vote, one issue at a time.
Strategy for Platform Adoption
Before any of this platform can be adopted, we must elect as many Outsiders as possible. Republicans and Democrats will likely not vote to restrict their power. Their tyranny will continue and their ICE agents will be increasingly deployed to our 50 States. Let's use our resourcefulness and love of liberty to motivate us to do all we can to promote our party, win elections, and pass legislation that upholds the fundamental principles that we cherish and would love to see manifested.

Private Money Out of Elections.
Equal Campaign Funding and Air-Time to all Candidates
Change the House democratic system to "party-list proportional representation" to ensure that the percentage of parties represented in The House is proportional to the popular vote to ensure minorities are represented in Congress. The intention is to use a fair, and impartial system rather than our current system of voting districts which are exploited via gerrymandering.
Uncensored, anonymous "Public Square" web platform for political ideas and debate like a virtual town square. Provides warnings for potentially upsetting, but free speech.
Equal access and transparency with lobbying. Provide a transparent government platform where any entity that meets the criteria of a lobbyist may only submit written and electronic communications to Representatives (including proposals, positions, industry data, etc...) through the platform. All communications on this lobbying platform must be visible to The People and archived.
Personal right to bear arms.
Government power to bear non-lethal weapons only
Government power to procure and maintain the means to produce weapons of defense.
Government power to produce or to use weapons or declare war under certain conditions. The nation must have been physically attacked. Weapon production must be voted on by U.S. Congress, the 50 Governors, and a special jury of 1 voter from every county in the 50 States or some better representation of The People.
Government power to maintain a Military Thought Corp, responsible for military planning, strategizing, computerized simulation to maintain contingencies in the case of attack. Congress may permit minimal but sufficient test schedules of munitions production and mobilization training strategies.
50 States Rights - States rise to their rightful position as equal governing bodies. 10th Amendment.
D.C. Assumes its rightful position as agent of the 50 States.
Abolish the IRS. Abolish the Federal Income Tax. D.C. can determine how to tax the Federal territories, according to the consent of the People of those Districts and Territories.
50 States will tax with the consent of the governed.
50 States will fund D.C voluntarily and hold D.C. to account for services rendered.
50 States choose how to fund and create their own public healthcare systems according to the will of the People of the State.
Transparency in government. Public access streaming of all government proceedings.
Real Congressional hearings with testimony under oath.
Emphasis on Discovery in all government processes with the intent of open and broad inquiry.
No "intelligence" agencies.
No meddling, subversion, or false flags in geopolitics.

Brainstorm novel Checks and Balances. Use more jury-style governing bodies, reducing opportunities for bribes and corruption.
Add a new jury-style Congressional body.
No 16th Amendment
No person having served 2 terms as President can serve another term under any circumstances even if a 2-term president is currently serving as VP or other position of succession and the president steps down or during times of War. 2 terms max, period.
Congress must break down bills into one single scope per bill. No earmarks or sticking in trojan horses in large bills.
No kickbacks, lobbying, quid pro quo, or any imagined way of bribing or insider collusion or corruption.
Accreditation Ratings for employers that rates how equitable their wages are across their company. Allows companies to advertise their ratings so consumers can seek out companies that pay workers fairly.
Repeal Dodd-Frank Bill - no more corporate bailouts.
All law and actions taken by government must be scrutinized explicitly to see if it meets the principles of Equality, Betterment, and Non-Force.

Decentralize when posible
Broadcast recurring Open Forums in the round of a cross-section of the country as an ongoing moderated conversation on current events in government. Ask people to name topics.
Software platform that solicits ideas and policies transparently, impartially, no spying, then aggregate the results and shows them with some basic statistics, unadulterated statistics from the raw data.

Repeal the Patriot Act
Reinvent Taxation. Primarily handled by Fifty States, but some Federal taxes might make sense to fund certain projects.
Less like tithing. More like a fee.
Taxation, varies year to year based on need for public works projects.
Provide a yearly summary statement of the expenses for the year for transparency.
Equality in taxation with progressive options
Provide an opt-in form to contribute at a higher rate.
Provides a form to report hardship to contribute at a lesser rate.
Limit Interest and returns on investment. i.e. Outlaw usury from the perspective of both the payor and payee. Have an exception for person-to-person contracts.
When a lender charges interest, maximum legal interest rates could vary and be set by an impartial economic board to maintain economic stability.
When a fundraiser pays yields, like on stocks, funds, and gambling bets, maximum legal yield rates will be maintained in proportion to maximum interest rates. Increases in value should attempt to reflect changes in value based on supply and demand versus changes in emotional perception.
Rationale: A dollar is a "thank you" for a job well done. The goal is to incentivize enterprises to produce goods and services that meet needs and wants. The goal is to block excessive "winnings" from transactions that did not provide benefit to society.
Outlaw public lotteries.
Protect the dollar from gambling and speculative investment vehicles. Speculation in the markets, like selling futures and shorts, is like eschatology. Eschatology, a theology of the end-times, gives believers a prediction about the future. For some, eschatology leads them to act out the prediction, making the prediction a plan. Similarly, making bets on outcomes can lead bad actors to attempt to influence the outcome to match their bet. The value of the dollar can be affected by this speculation, leading to bubbles and bursts.
No assassination.
Create a new governing body, a council on ethics. Over time, people subscribing to differing ethical frameworks and traditions should be represented. Council members are subject to confirmation. Terms of service are short. The council has veto power over Congressional legislation if they find that the bill is unethical.
New "Cast Essays" platform. 1 time a year, the government mails registered voters a token, or some other method can be used to validate voter is registered. Each voter can submit one limited essay. The token can only be used once, but the token is not saved when submitting the essay, so the essay is anonymous. All essays are pooled into several NLM AI systems and the AI will submit a summary that will assist in quantifying the concerns of the electorate and to assist with prioritization. Make the AI reports and the database open for use by the public. Use the AI for good. Make it an essay, not a survey with checkboxes.
Include and strengthen institutions and programs that reduce the need for policing: crisis intervention, mediators, counselors, root cause investigatory and action groups, for example.
Strengthen legal justice institutions to better hold criminals to account and to understand root cause contributors to crime. Work to reduce root causes and to better rehabilitate and support people with reentry. Provide better ways to give offenders a clean start when criteria are met so as not to infringe on their right to pursue work with dignity.
Reform to limit the Executive.

Programs to assist people in need, especially refugees, unhoused, imprisoned, to integrate and avoid poverty.
